Josiah Manasseh Byrd, 2-month-old infant son of Jana M. Byrd and 1LT DaVontate J. Hair, died Friday, March 29, 2024, in the St. Louis Children’s Hospital of St. Louis, Mo.
Josiah is survived by his mother, Jana Byrd of Fort Leonard Wood; father, 1LT DaVontae Hair of Fort Jackson, S.C.; three brothers, Julian, Christian, and Cameron; sister, Zina; grandfather, Leamos Byrd of Kenner, La.; grandmother, Terri Joseph of Independence; several aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 11, 2024, in the Main Post Chapel of Fort Leonard Wood. A private burial will be held. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until time of service at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 11, 2024, in the Main Post Chapel of Fort Leonard Wood.
