John David “J.D.’’ York, 43, died Tuesday, June 13, 2023. He is survived by his mother, Peggy York; steps-sisters, Kara Chandler of Marshfield and Sharon Rhoads of Seymour; and a special friend, Avery Ferrel. Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. Monday, June 19, 2023, at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon. Visitation will follow the service. A memorial has been established.
