John David “JD” Davis, 82, of Lebanon, was born Nov. 19, 1943, in Buffalo to Orville Eugene and Nettie Mae (Hoover) Davis and died Friday, March 20, 2026, in his home.
He is survived by a son, Scott Davis and his wife Nicole of Castaic, Calif.; a daughter, Deanna Mathews and her husband Mark; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; one brother, Gary Davis, and his companion Ranel Nickelsen.
Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Mount Pleasant Cemetery near Buffalo, under the direction of Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo. Visitation was 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2026, in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Mount Pleasant Cemetery Fund.
