Jimmy Lee Mathis, 44, of Lebanon, died Wednesday, April 8, 2020, in Mercy Hospital Springfield.
He was born April 14, 1975, in Kennett, Mo. to Ronald Mathis and Cynthia (Tucker) Farril.
Jimmy Lee was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Mathis, and his mother-in-law, Klora Mae Cortez.
He is survived by his wife Casey Cortez-Mathis of the home; his daughter, Skylee Mathis of the home; his mother, Cynthia Farril; siblings, Bryan Tucker of Poplar Bluff, and Ronald Dean Scoggins; an aunt, Judy Palmer of Branson, and father-in-law, Nicholas Cortez of Lamont, Calif.
Services for Jimmy Lee Mathis will be at a later date. Cremation is entrusted in care of Fraker Funeral Home of Marshfield.
