Jerry Van Musice, 64, was born Dec. 8, 1959, in Lebanon, Mo. and died Sunday, Nov. 3, 2024.
Survivors include his parents, Jerry Musice and his wife Debbie, and Sandra Musice, all from Lebanon; his wife Nancy from Lebanon; daughters, Shelby Bunn and her husband Joe, Katlyn Musice, Casey Calton and her husband Reece, and two grandchildren.
A celebration of life has been held for friends and family.
