Jerry Lee Shattuck, 57, of Carthage, died Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021, in Freeman East Hospital in Joplin.
He was born July 31, 1963, near Lebanon, Mo. to Paul and Mary E. Bell Shattuck, who preceded him in death.
Jerry was born and raised in the Lebanon area. He had been involved in the Laclede County Sheltered Workshop for several years. He had made his home in Carthage for the last few years.
He is survived by his sisters, Shirley Shattuck and Jerry Lee Shattuck.
Graveside services and burial for Jerry Lee Shattuck will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 5, 2021, at Mount Rose Memorial Park in Lebanon with the Rev.
