SFC (Ret) Jeffrey Alan Gallagher, 67 of Waynesville, Mo., a retired United States Army Sergeant First Class, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2026 in the Osage Beach Rehab & Health Care Center of Osage Beach, Mo.
SFC (Ret) Gallagher is survived by his wife: Gaby Gallagher of the home; one daughter: Niamh Gallagher (Stephen Trudell); one son: Fionn Gallagher; six siblings: Jennifer Gallagher, Dan Gallagher (Maggie), Laura Gallagher, Joe Gallagher (Linda), Mike Gallagher (Miriam), and Bill Gallagher (Anneke); mother-in-law: Ingrid Littwin; brother-in-law: Alexander Littwin with his family; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 20, 2026 in the Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert. Burial with full military honors will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, February 20, 2026 in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery of Waynesville, Mo.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 20, 2026 in the Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville / St. Robert.
