Jean Ann Nelson, 63, of Lebanon, died Wednesday morning, March 11, 2026, in Spring Valley Health & Rehabilitation Center in Springfield.
She is survived by a son, Christopher Nelson and his wife Charity of Marshfield; a daughter, Seanna Kalivoda and her husband Sam of Manhattan, Kan., and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 16, 2026, at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon. A visitation will follow the service.
A memorial has been established and donations may be left at the funeral home.
