Jason “JT’’ Thomas Baker, 44, of Hartville, was born April 22, 1981, in Springfield to Thomas and Betty (Barnett) Baker and died Friday, Aug. 8, 2025, at his home.
He is survived by his wife Carmen (Beam) Baker of the home; three sons, Curtis Baker and his wife Bailey of Elkland, Tanner Pata and his wife Ainsleigh of Republic, and Aidan Baker of Hartville; one daughter, Karley Baker of Springfield; and three grandchildren.
Arrangements will be announced by Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home of Hartville.
