Janna Hendrina “Rina’’ van der Loo, 95, of Conway, died Friday, Nov. 20, 2020, in Conway.
She was born Sept. 23, 1925, in Zwolle, Netherlands to Dirk and Wilhelmina van Beek van der Horst.
On Sept. 15, 1950, she married Hendrick Johannes van der Loo.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Hendrick Johannes van der Loo; and her brother, Ivo van der Horst.
Rina graduated from high school in Holland. She then attended California State University in Long Beach, Calif., where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She was a devoted homemaker and doting wife, putting the needs of her family first.
She is survived by three daughters, Linda Los and Sandra Larkin and her husband Jay, all of Conway, and Tessa Rawlings and her husband Andrew of Irvine, Calif.; five grandchildren, Sebastian Los and his wife Heike Kalesse-Los, Sonya Barker and her husband Adam, Desiree Davidson and her husband Tyler, Megan Rawlings and Kelly Rawlings; four great-grandchildren, Zamora, Kenna, Heath and Finnegan; and one great-grandson on-the-way; other relatives and many friends
Funeral services for Janna Hendrina “Rina’’ Van Der Loo will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2020, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel. Burial will be in Pacific View Memorial Park in New Port Beach, Calif. at a later date, under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
