Janice Ellen (Schultz) Ballard, 88, of Marshfield, was born July 7, 1937, in Hillsboro, Wis. to Lester Orville Benjamin and Dorothy Bertha (Dawurski) Schultz and died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2025, in Hillsboro, Wis.
She is survived by three children, Scott and Nita Ballard, Tim and Lori Ballard, Cindy and Brian Templeton; 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and a brother Leslie Keith “Skip’’ and Sandy Schultz.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 8, 2025, in the I.W. Rader Lutheran Cemetery near Marshfield, under the direction of Day Funeral Home of Marshfield.
