James “Jim’’ Junior Hyatt, 98, of Buffalo was born Dec. 31, 1924, to George and Clara (Meeker) Hyatt, and died Monday, May 29, 2023, at Citizens Memorial Hospital, Bolivar. He is survived by his wife Shirley; children Donnie Hyatt Vickie Ferguson, Jamie Hyatt, Rocky Hyatt, Clarence Hyatt and wife Jill, Mike Hyatt and wife Janell, Tammie Rasmussen and husband Jeff, Jimmie Hyatt and wife Shelly, Timmie Hyatt, Jeff Winchell and wife Vicki, Rodney Winchell, and Debbie Regling. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Lindley Christian Church under the direction of Cantless-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo.
