James Donald Price, 77, of Sesser, Ill., formerly of Lebanon, died Sunday, Nov. 14, 2021.
He was born Jan. 27, 1944, in Lebanon, Mo. to Clyde Jerald and Elsie Grace (Jones) Price, who preceded him in death.
James was a former member of Antioch Baptist Church at Oakland.
On Sept. 16, 1967, he married Joyce Bays Price.
He is survived by his wife Joyce Price of Sesser, Ill.; three sons James Phillip Price of Sesser, Ill.; Donald Stephen (Lori) Price of Pennsylvania and Christopher Andrew (Cathy) Price of Florida; one special son Dan (Nickie) Winters of North Carolina; three grandchildren and one brother Jerry (Sandy) Price of Kansas City, Kan.
A memorial service for James Donald Price was held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 19, 2021, at Bear Point Free Will Baptist Church in Sesser, Ill. with Brother Gowdy Cannon officiating, under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home.
