James Daniel Pursell, 79, of Marshfield, was born Feb. 10, 1947, in Niangua to James H. and Ruth (Atteberry) Pursell and died Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia or “Tippy’’; his children, Mary Gale Lininger and her husband Wade, James Daniel Pursell Jr., Charles Lee Pursell and his wife Nikki, and Elizabeth Brown; five grandchildren; a brother, Jerry Pursell and his wife Joan, and a sister, Donnie Leslie.
No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation is entrusted to the care of Day Funeral Home of Marshfield.
