Jacquelyn (Jackie) Patsy Howe, 69, of Elkland, was born Aug. 5, 1956, in Buffalo to Velma and Glen Austin and died Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2025, in her home.
She is survive by her brother-in-law, Larry Howe.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2025, at Union Mound Cemetery in Elkland, under the direction of Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo.
