Jack Edward Fields, 56, of Lebanon, died Saturday, Aug. 3, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
He is survived by his son, Jordan Fields of St. Louis; a granddaughter; his brother, John Fields and his wife Teresa of Lynchburg, and his sister, Tiffany Arts of The Netherlands.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9, 2024, at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon. Burial will be at Embry Cemetery in Texas County. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
