Improvements to Jefferson railroad crossing to begin this month

The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) last week approved repairs to a railroad crossing along a high-traveled roadway in Lebanon. The MHTC awarded the contract for the repairs at the Route 5 (Jefferson Avenue) railroad crossing to H.R. Quadri Contractors, which submitted the low bid of $690,823.
