L-Life food pantry has been providing food boxes to Laclede County families since 2010. For Laclede County residents who are struggling with food insecurities due to income, homeless situations, or those in emergency need, resources are available. L-Life Food Pantry has been open and providing food assistance and nutrition to Laclede County families since 2010. The pantry focuses entirely on food and occasional hygiene products, rather than clothing or household items. They don’t resell anything but choose to focus on meeting the nutritional needs of members through food boxes distributed on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the pantry. According to the non-profit organization, a goal of L-Life (Lebanon Laclede Interagency on Food Enrichment) is to improve the quality of life in Laclede County by building stronger families. Located on West Elm Street, L-Life partners with several resources including local businesses, Ozarks Food Harvest, and the Feeding America program to provide food for local families.
