Herbert Rhoads, 57, of Lebanon, died Sunday morning, Feb. 28, 2021, at his home.
He is survived by two sisters, Wilma Hodges of Montreal and Neva Dix and her husband Wayne of Forsyth; one brother, John Rhoads and his wife Laura of Stoutland; as well as several nieces and nephews.
