Helen Nimmo Shelenhamer, 96, of Buffalo, was born Jan. 25, 1930, in Dallas County to Hosea and Lillie (Hoover) Evans and died Monday, July 20, 2026.
She is survived by two daughters, Karen and Ronnie Condren and Colleen and Al Nyberg, all of Buffalo; a brother, John Evans and a sister, Kay Peace, both of Lebanon; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 25, 2026, in the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo with Bro. Dennis Skinner officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, under the direction of Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday, July 24, 2026.
