Covid-19 has been out of the spotlight in recent months and number of cases is relatively low, but it is still a health concern, according to the Laclede County Health Department.
Currently, COVID-19 risk levels are reported to be low in Missouri, except for the northwest part of the state and St. Louis, according to the Center for Disease Control. No counties or regions are showing a high risk level at the current time.
According to the website, covid.cdc.gov, 15,885 people or 44.5 percent of Laclede County residents have received at least one does of the COVID vaccine.
