The Laclede County Health Department was notified Thursday of 23 more positive laboratory confirmed cases of COVID-19.
The county’s total is now 1,481 cases to date, with 357 current monitored, 1,101 considered recovered and 23 deaths.
Of the most recent cases the Health Department reports that 22 were totally symptomatic, with one asymptomatic. Seven were identified as a close contact to a positive case, four were identified as a household contact to a positive case, 12 had no known contact to a positive case and were assumed to be community spread.
