The successful applicant to operate a medical marijuana dispensary in Lebanon says the facility will fill a need for the area.
LeAnne Dickerson, who operates a pharmacy in Harrisonville, received approval for the faciity a couple of weeks ago.
She said they hope to be open by May and maybe as soon as April.
“We don’t know when the product will be available, but what we intend to do is to go ahead and open the facility and start doing educational seminars for people, explaining how to get a med card, and about the benefits of medical marijuana,” she said.
