Harlem Globetrotters come to Lebanon


The famous Harlem Globetrotters stopped through Lebanon on Wednesday, February 5 and put on a show for a big crowd in Boswell Auditorium. 

According to the team website, the  Globetrotters are worldwide icons, synonymous with family entertainment and great basketball skills. The Globetrotters represent 90-plus years of breaking down barriers, acts of goodwill and a commitment to fans that goes beyond the game.

In all, close to 750 men and women have played for the world-famous team, a team which has entertained popes, kings, queens, and presidents around the globe.

The team did a nice job with crowd-interaction and making sure everyone felt welcome during their game. The Globetrotters beat the Generals by four points.
