Glenn E. Alford, 85, of Lebanon, died Tuesday morning, March 17, 2020, at Lebanon South Nursing and Rehabilitation in Lebanon.

He was born Dec. 9, 1934, in Grovespring, Mo. to Oreth “Bid’’ and Muriel “Dolly’’ Melvin Alford, who preceded him in death.

Glenn married Elizabeth on Oct. 13, 1956.

He made his home in Lebanon the last many years. He had been a truck driver for Hiland Dairy and Yellow Freight.

Glenn was a longtime member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Lebanon and he had recently been attending the Washington Christian Church in Lebanon.

Survivors include his wife Elizabeth Alford of Lebanon; a daughter, Patricia Crenshaw and husband Tom of Saint Charles; two grandsons, Jeffery Crenshaw and wife Terri and Andrew Crenshaw of Saint Charles; and a great-grandson, Colt Crenshaw of Saint Charles.

Graveside services and burial for Glenn E. Alford will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, March 20, 2020, at the Rader Cemetery in Rader with the Rev.
