Gertrude Mai Raper, 86, of Lebanon, died Saturday, Feb. 27, 2021, in Lebanon.
She was born July 15, 1934, in San Antonio, Texas, to Lillard and Gladys (Grahame) Timmons.
Gertrude was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Gary and Michael Timmons.
She worked for H.D. Lee for over 25 years, and previous to that worked as a baker at the Wyota Inn and Bell Restaurant in Lebanon. She enjoyed reality TV shows, gardening and going to garage sales. Most of all, she loved time spent with family.
Gertrude is survived by two sons, Jim (Kim) Raper of Lebanon, and Steven McDonald of Salem; three daughters, Pam, Linda and Donna of Seattle, Wash.; grandchildren, Ethan, Nathan, JD, Joseph, Charlemane, Alex, Peyton, Nichole, Morgan, and BJ; several great grandchildren; and one sister, Melody Hughes of Amarillo, Texas.
There are no scheduled services or burial for Gertrude Mai Raper. She is to be cremated under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon. Sign guest book at www.shadelscolonialchapel.com.
