Frank Newton Neas, 95, of Marshfield, formerly of Conway, died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2021, at Glenwood Healthcare in Seymour.
He was born April 2, 1926, in Marshfield, Mo. to Jay Richard and Zenith Gertrude (Buck) Neas.
On Jan. 28, 1952, he married Audrey Neas.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his grandson, Matt; brothers Ralph and Edward; sisters Doris, Ruth and Vaun.
Frank grew up on a farm in Conway with seven siblings. He enlisted in the Army at age 18 so he could serve his country during World War II. He dairy farmed and built houses.
He is survived by his wife Audrey Lawanda (Phipps) Neas of Marshfield; his daughter, Teresa (Mark) Wickizer of Ozark; his sons, Richard (Susie) Neas of Rogersville; Jeff (Missy) Neas of Springfield; his sister, Carolyn Johnson of Thousand Oaks, Calif.; his brother, J.R. Neas of Springfield; six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Frank Newton Neas will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 6, 2021, at the Marshfield Christian Church, under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home Inc. of Marshfield. Visitation will be from noon-1 p.m. prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial contribution to Marshfield Christian Church and left in care of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., P.O. Box 85, Marshfield, Mo. 65706.
