Former Lebanon City Councilman James Albert “Jim’’ Davis died Sunday evening at the University Hospital in Columbia. He was 69.
Davis served as councilman from December 2006 to April 2009.
He was born April 24, 1951, in Kansas City, Mo. to James Carl and Betty Jean Hopkins Davis.
