Laclede County is seeing steady population and job growth, according to a report from University of Missouri Extension.
Extension representatives presented the annual economy overview to the Laclede County Commission on Tuesday.
Dr. Ashley Allen-Brown said the numbers show:
•98% of the workforce lives in Laclede County
•Over the past five years, the population grew by 876 people
