Everett True Durrington, 84, of Louisburg, died Thursday, Aug. 4, 2022.
He was born April 15, 1938, in Dallas County, Mo. to Clint and Helen (True) Durrington.
Everett was united in marriage to Patsy Wilson in Buffalo.
He worked for the Missouri Department of Transportation, retiring in 2000.
Everett was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Dolores; and two sisters, Ethel White and Bonnie Rogers.
He is survived by two sons, Doug and his wife Pam and Greg and his wife Brenda; five grandchildren, Christal Mercado, Douglas Durrington II, Dylan Durrington, Brian Gennings, Sabrina Stoner; eight great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Clint Ray Durrington, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Everett True Durrington will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 8, 2022, in the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo. Burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery under the care and direction of Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation or Diabetes Foundation.
