Etta Ruth Hendrix, 92, of Richland, was born Sept. 26, 1931, in Mexico, Mo. and died Sunday, March 24, 2024, in Richland. She is survived by four daughters, Ceann Cupp of Elgin, Ill., Rita Pollreisz (Bill) of Waynesville, Tena Gordon (Lee) of Casa Grande, Ariz., and Donna Hendrix of Waynesville; 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 29, 2024, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel. Burial will be in Buckhorn Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon Friday until service time at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to The Alzheimer’s Association.
