Republican candidate Kelly Doublin is running for the Laclede County Eastern Commissioner seat against David Layman.

What are your
qualifications?
I have over 28 years of law enforcement experience along with training from FEMA and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Along with supervising several employees, writing and applying for state grants, I have management, budget and financing experience. I also have knowledge operating and maintaining heavy equipment.
