Early Childhood Center plans move forward

Posted
The Lebanon School Board last week took action on bids for the district’s planned Early Childhood Center. After reviewing bids for the Early Childhood Center at the Robert W. Plaster Center for Student Success, the recommended bid was from Cahill Construction at $5,250,000. At its Sept. 13 meeting, the Board voted 6-0 to approve the bid, which was within the projected budget for the project.  Bid alternates that the Board approved were: a restroom renovation, adding two additional classrooms to the project, totaling 12 early childhood classrooms, extension of a canopy at the east entrance, allowing students to be dropped off under the canopy and playground equipment.
