Downtown building being remodeled into restaurant

Posted

An historic building in downtown Lebanon is being remodeled to house a new restaurant that will recognize the heritage of the community.

The restaurant concept received financial assistance recently from the Lebanon Area Community Development Corporation (CDC).

The Rail 1868, LLC, applied for a $150,000 loan from the Lebanon Area CDC for the development of its future restaurant at 123 West Commercial Street. Owned by Chris and Nicole Walters and Ronda Smith, the business will draw upon the team’s past experiences in similar ventures.
