Dorothy F. Montgomery, 88, of Lebanon, died Sunday, Nov. 14, 2021, in Lebanon South Nursing & Rehab in Lebanon.
She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews including Craig Montomgery of Lebanon, and Chad Montgomery of Kansas City, Mo.
Graveside services and burial for Dorothy F. Montgomery will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2021, at Mount Rose Memorial Park in Lebanon with the Rev. Charles Newell officiating, under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
A memorial to the ALS Foundation (St. Louise Chapter) has been established and contributions may be made through the funeral home.
