Dorothy Ann Adams, 90, of Buffalo, died Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022 .
She was born April 4, 1932, to Clem and Grace (Fossinger) Tingler..
Dorothy married Harold Adams of Jameson, and they ended up in California, raising their three children before returning to Missouri in Buffalo. She was a founding member and pianist of a Christian church in Livermore, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, a brother, F. Edwin Tingler (Virginia), a sister, Georgia Sutton (Norman), and infant daughter, Dorothy Rae.
Her survivors include sons H Dean (Barbara) and Dave (Kelley) Adams, and daughter Kathy (Rob) Anderson, along with granddaughters, Nicole (Brian) Sousa, and Alysa Blakeney; grandsons, Travis and Mike Adams; great-granddaughters, Madison and Aliyah; numerous nephews and nieces, including Chuck (Diane Hasler) Tingler, Kenneth Sutton, Keith (Nancy) Sutton and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews.
A private burial will be held for the family, and a private memorial service will be announced by the family at a later date in 2023. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to a charity of one's choice in her name.
