Donna Kay Hazlett, 78, of Mountain Grove, was born Oct. 11, 1947, in Wright County to George “Junior’’ and Wilma (Spurgeon) Duey and died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025, in The Oaks College in Ozark.
She is survived by three children, Rhonda Hurtt and her husband Ben of Mountain Grove, Larry Baney and his wife Amy of Sheldon, and Leasa Hodges and her husband Johnny of Dunn, N.C.; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 19, 2025, at Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home in Mountain Grove. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to service time Friday in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mountain Grove Alumni Park or Mountain Grove Christian Academy in care of the funeral home.
