Donna Dee Lay, 78, of Eucha, Okla. died Friday, Oct. 10, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
She is survived by her husband Michael Clay Sr.; two grandchildren, and a brother, Duane Givens and his wife Connie.
A graveside service and burial will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025, at Graham Cemetery near Conway, under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc. of Marshfield.
