'Domestic conflict' leads to lockdowns at R-3 Schools

All Lebanon R-3 school buildings were placed on a modified lockdown Thursday because of a potential threat.
On its website, Lebanon R-3 School District administration said the district was "notified of a domestic conflict involving a parent and a potential threat. “
The threat was not specifically directed at a school, but as a precaution, all schools were placed on a “modified lockdown,” the announcement said This means that regular activities continue indoors, but outdoor activities are restricted.
