Debra Kay Hagans, 68, of Lebanon was born Aug. 16, 1954, to Richard and Kay Nichols and died Monday, May 31, 2023, in Lebanon. She is survived by her husband Douglas Hagans of Hartville; a son, Brandon Lee Hagans of Hartville; a daughter, Tina Marie Widell and her husband Mark of Rockford, Ill. There will be no services. Cremation was under the direction of Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home of Hartville.
