David Leon Maple Sr., 64, of Lebanon, died Thursday, Jan. 18, 2024, in Riverbend Heights Health & Rehabilitation in Lexington. He is survived by his son, David Thomas-Maple, his daughter, Deborah Thomas-Maple; former wife, Kayembi Thomas; two grandsons; two brothers, Carlos Maple and Cicero Maple Jr., one sister, Donita (Ray) Helm. A visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26, 2024, at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon.
