Danny Rains, 71, of Theodosia, was born Dec. 29, 1951, in Sioux City, Iowa and died Sunday, April 22, 2023. He is survived by his children, Kathy of Denver, Colo.; Jeremy of Council Bluffs, Iowa; Jesse of Yankton, S.D., and Jake of Sioux City, Iowa. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 27, 2023, in the Howard Chapel Cemetery in Urbana, under the direction of Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo.
