CW4 (Ret) William Douglas Cook, 87, of St. Robert, a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer, died Tuesday, May 4, 2021, in Phelps Health of Rolla.

He is survived by two children, Ralph Cook (Theresa) of St. Robert, and Sandra McArdle (Sonny) of Cleveland, Ohio; five grandchildren, Leslie Cook of Kansas City, Mo.; Josh Mims (Bella) of Columbus, Ga.; Trish Keffer, Yusef Idris and Omar Idris, all of Cleveland, Ohio; four great-grandchildren, Cali Stephens, Brooklyn Stephens, Logan Tatar, and Sophia Mims; one sister, Olean Brindal of Tullahoma, Tenn.; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Graveside services with military honors will be held at noon Monday, May 10, 2021, in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery of Waynesville, under the direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of CW4 (Ret) William Cook and left at Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
