Coy J. Evans, 79, of Lebanon, died Tuesday morning, Feb. 4, 2020, at Lebanon North Nursing and Rehab in Lebanon.
He is survived by his daughter, Vicky Reeves and her husband Lou of Lebanon; a daughter-in-law, Darlene Evans of Lebanon; three brothers, Mike and Eddie Evans of Arizona, and Robin Evans of Alabama, as well as a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
