COVID-19 changes Kiwanis event but not its purpose

Adults shopped for kids in need during the 2020 Kiwanis Kids Christmas Shopping event Tuesday morning. In previous years, kids were bused to Walmart for shopping sprees, but because of COVID-19, adults did the shopping this year. Sean Clearbrook of the Kiwanis Club heads up the project, which has helped local kids in need for years. He said children are chosen by teachers and counselors at area schools.
