Laclede County now has more than 400 reported cases of COVID-19 to date after 11 new cases were reported Monday and 25 more reported Tuesday.
According to the Laclede County Health Department, the total number of cases as of Tuesday was 427, with 112 currently being monitored, 313 considered recovered and two deaths.
Laclede County Health Department Administrator Charla Baker said all public locations should be considered a potential exposure site and precautions should be taken.
“The community needs to assume that anywhere they visit in public is a potential exposure location,” Baker said. “They need to do everything they can to keep themselves as safe as possible.”
