Council approves next step in H.D. Lee renovation

The Lebanon City Council Monday took another step in the planned development of the old H.D. Lee and Rice-Stix building downtown. The Council approved PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) financing for the Allen Lofts project, which proposes to renovate the old building. As part of Capstone Development’s efforts to develop 51 loft apartments and roughly 5,000 square feet of commercial space for the Allen Building, they are accessing a variety of funding resources and want to utilize the PACE financing program, Brian Thompson, Lebanon REDI CEO, said.
