COPE holds groundbreaking

Lebanon’s COPE domestic violence shelter broke ground Friday for a new resource center. The event drew city officials and other community leaders. A fundraising campaign is planned to pay for the new facility. COPE Executive Director Judith Kyle said the center will include a warehouse for the organization’s donations, meeting rooms and a high-end thrift store with a drive-through coffee shop.
