Where most of the City of Conway’s water and sewer bills are is a mystery.
“All I know is I printed them, took them to our Post Office and our Post Office acknowledges that they have them, but they send mail on out, and then it comes back to Conway. Just a small handful of them have made it back to customers,” said City Clerk Barbara Hall.
She says the City of Conway mails out about 335 bills each month and with rare exception they arrive at their intended destination.
