Conway takes first loss of season against Walnut Grove

The Conway Bears lost 48-55 against the Walnut Grove Tigers Monday night in the third game of their basketball season. The teams faced off against each other in the evening’s last game of the 53rd Annual Morrisville Tournament. The bears entered the game with a 2-0 record and the Tigers one of 1-0. The first period saw the Bears and Tigers keeping at an even pace, and when it looked like Walnut Grove would end the period in the lead, the Bears closed the gap to set the score at 11-11.
